1. Clean the rubber roller core: If it is a new rubber roller core, you need to clean the oil stains on the surface of the rubber roller with cleaning agent; if it is an old rubber roller core, you need to cover the outer layer of the old rubber roller with rubber, and at the same time Use cleaning agent to clean the remaining glue on the surface of the iron core.
2. Sandblasting: Sandblast the roughened rubber roller core. Sand blasting will select different properties of sand according to the material of the rubber roller core. The purpose of sandblasting is to make the surface of the rubber roller rougher, so that the rubber and the iron core can bond well after coating. Don't ignore every step in the rubber roller processing process. The operation of these steps is more suitable for the rubber coating process and is also helpful for improving product quality.
3. Rubber coating: Different coating materials meet different requirements. For example: rubber coating has good ink resistance, polyurethane glue has good wear resistance and pressure resistance, and silicone coating has good high temperature resistance.
4. Rubber roller vulcanization: The rubber roller after rubber coating generally needs 10-15 hours of vulcanization time. After vulcanization, the rubber roller core and rubber coating will be tightly bonded, and a rubber rubber roller will be formed.
5. Rubber roller polishing: Grind according to the size and shape required by the customer. When some customers have higher requirements on the surface of the rubber roller, they need to use a CNC grinder to polish the rubber roller to a mirror surface.
